The African American Council is an exclusive, invitation-only collective of leaders from across the United States and beyond. Through regular Zoom meetings, we gather to envision, encourage, and empower our members as we build a platform of wisdom, social relevance, and influence both within the Black community and globally.

The African American Council is committed to fostering spiritual growth and societal transformation through deep, meaningful discussions that bridge theology and real-world challenges. Our mission is rooted in three fundamental pillars:

Seeking The
Kingdom First

The Ekklesia and Discipling Nations

Inspired by Matthew 6:33, we delve into theological explorations that emphasize seeking God’s Kingdom first in order to obtain true cultrual renewal in our nation. Our discussions and activities are designed to deepen understanding and practical application of this biblical principle, particularly within the context of the African American experience.

We focus on the concept of the Ekklesia, the call for the church to be a governing body, influencing and shaping societal norms and values. Our aim is to explore how this concept can be actualized in discipling nations, starting from our communities and extending globally.

Transforming the Church and Society

We strive to redefine the church's role in an increasingly secular world. By discussing and implementing strategies that align with our faith, we aim to make Christianity a potent force for positive change in societal and political-economic spheres especially in the African American community.
